All meals are prepared by a trained restaurant
chef and arranged in a western style kitchen to
western standards. The menu will comprise a mix
of Western and Asian cuisines. Depending on seasonal
variations the menu will feature fresh local seafood.Meals
can be taken either in the lodges or in the beachside
bale.
There is a selection of soft drinks, mixers, spirits
and beer available for sale. Fresh juices are also
provided for sale from a range of tropical fruits
seasonally available including fresh young coconut.
The attentive and friendly staff are willing to
oblige special meal requests within their means.
